Wake up from sleep is a good time to approach spiritual meditation because of the let go mode which allows sleep. One is open to listen.

Place personal experience with GOD as high priority than word of GOD, words are symbols of truth, experience is truth(factual).

All day, every day, acknowledge everything, everyone, events, worthy of appreciation. This idea practiced invites the flow of more to come.

When I become resistant, use lots of prayer as big rockets of desires for GOD to help, then work to allow the desires to become real.

Pursue what my experience proves is good for me, with my alignment to what helps me grow and become the person I am committed to be.

Decide to see desires higher than the natural eye, as GOD see's. Then experience the emotions of joy, this is what GOD feels.

When thoughts and feelings are not matching, seek meditation to make peace with yourself and the one who helps will bring relief.
